Sales Representative

Appointment Setter & Closer 1099 · Commission-only Remote — Florida-based Full-time or part-time

About the role

Sacred Studios builds AI-driven operating systems — websites, lead capture, missed-call recovery, and automation — for owner-operated trades businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and adjacent trades) across Southwest Florida. We're hiring our first dedicated sales reps to take a scored, pre-built call list and turn it into booked demos and signed clients.

This is a commission-only role. You're paid for results, not hours, and you keep a residual on every account you bring in for as long as it stays. We supply the leads, the scripts, the demo, and the product — you bring the phone skills and the work ethic.

What you'd do

  • Setter (appointment setter). Work the scored dial list, qualify owners, and book demos onto the calendar. Manual dialing, business lines, a clear opener — no spray-and-pray.
  • Closer (account executive). Run the demo, handle objections, and drive the deposit on a straightforward, low-risk offer the business can say yes to the same week.
  • Log calls and outcomes in our system, hit a daily activity target, and keep the pipeline honest.

Commissions are paid on cash collected. A recoverable draw is available while you ramp. Figures are illustrative on-plan estimates, not a guarantee of earnings.

Who we're looking for

  • Phone sales or cold-calling experience — you're comfortable dialing and you don't fold on the first "no."
  • Based in Florida (our first cohort is Florida-resident only).
  • Self-directed. You manage your own day, your own tools, and your own numbers.
  • Coachable on the script and the offer, and genuinely fine being paid on performance.
